This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, to inter alia

1. Consider and approve the draft audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 along with related segment-wise financial results; and

2. Recommend Dividend for the financial year 2020-21, if any.

Further, as intimated earlier vide our letter dated March 31, 2021 regarding closure of Trading Window, we wish to inform you that the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results i.e. till Thursday, May 27, 2021 and shall be re-opened on Friday, May 28, 2021.
