This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 to inter alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 along with related segment-wise financial results.

As intimated earlier vide our letter dated October 1, 2021 regarding closure of Trading Window, we wish to inform you that the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results i.e. till Saturday, November 13, 2021 and shall be re-opened on Monday, November 15, 2021.
