Annual General Meeting : April 6, 2021 at 5 pm (CET)

The latest French government announcements revealing new restrictions in Rhone county have required us to change the format of our AGM. It will take place as planned at 5pm CET on April 6, 2021, but solely as a web conference reserved to our shareholders.

We would be grateful if our shareholders could exercise their voting rights BEFORE the meeting, by post mail before March 31, if possible by using Votaccess, before April 5.
