Our Annual General Meeting of April 6, 2021 – 5 pm (CET) Composition of the General Committee

Our Annual General Meeting will take place "behind closed doors" on April 6, 2021. The committe will include Mr Guillaume Robin, Chairman & CEO of Thermador Groupe, Chairman of this Meeting. Mrs Patricia Mavigner, Deputy CEO, will be secretary. Have been appointed tellers, MrJean-François Bonnefond, former corporate officer and shareholder of Thermador Groupe and Mr Olivier Villemonte de la Clergerie, independent Board member of Thermador Groupe.
