This is to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today, the Board passed the necessary resolutions for the following w.e.f 12. November, 2021

Audit & Risk Management Committee

• 1- Mr. Vijay Agarwal has been appointed as the Chairman of the Committee in place of Mr. Humayun Dhanrajair who has since ceased to be a Director upon completion of his two terms of Independent Directorship.
• 2- Mr. Bhasker Iver (Additional Independent Director) has been appointed as a member of the Committee.

Corporate Social Responsibility Committee

The Corporate Social Responsibility Committee has been re-constituted by appointing Mrs. Manjul Sandhu (Independent Director) in place of Mr. Humayun Dhanrajgir who has ceased to be a Director upon completion of his two terms of Independent Directorship.

Stakeholders Relationship Committee

Stakeholders Relationship Committee has been re- constituted by appointing Mrs. Manjul Sandhu (Independent Director) and Mr. Bhasker Iyer (Additional Independent Director) as members thereof.
