The Warehouse Group Annual Shareholders’ Meeting Change to Online-Only

The Warehouse Group Limited (“the Group”) will hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on Friday, 26 November 2021 at 10am.

As set out in its Notice of Meeting, the Group intended to hold the meeting both in person and online. However, due to the ongoing uncertainty arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, the Group has decided to hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting online only, as contemplated in its Notice of Meeting.

Shareholders will no longer be able to attend in person, however they may watch the meeting, vote and ask questions online through the Computershare Meeting Platform. To join the meeting, please go to meetnow.global/nz, click ‘Go’ on The Warehouse Group Limited meeting tile and then click ‘join meeting now’. Further information about how shareholders can join the meeting online, vote and ask questions are contained in the Notice of Meeting.
