Completion of Name Change

Further to the Company's announcement earlier today, The Smarter Web Company PLC is pleased to confirm that the change of name from Uranium Energy Exploration PLC to The Smarter Web Company PLC has now been formally registered with Companies House.

The Company's Ordinary Shares will now trade under the name The Smarter Web Company PLC. The ticker SWC and ISIN number GB00BPJHZ015 remain unchanged.

Andrew Webley, CEO of The Smarter Web Company said "I would like to thank our legal advisors for promptly completing the name change.

We now look forward to growing through organic growth and corporate acquisitions.

Alongside our core operating business, we are pioneering a Digital Assets Treasury Policy, including Bitcoin, into our strategy."
