The Company announces that it has been notified that Helen Mahy CBE, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of MedicX Fund Limited, a company which is a Premium Equity Closed Ended Investment Fund admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, with effect from 1 April 2017.
