Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from� 34,41,33,852 consisting of 17,20,66,926 Equity Shares of � 2/- each to �34,42,85,852 consisting of 17,21,42,926 Equity Shares of � 2/- each.
