Please note, an inadvertent and typographical error has been noticed in the aforesaid intimation and accordingly, the following information is being rectified through this erratum.

The date of passing of resolution by circulation by Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of The Phoenix Mills Limited should be read as July 02, 2021 instead of July 01, 2021.

Except for the above mentioned change, all other information as contained in earlier intimation dated July 02, 2021 remains unchanged.
