Consequent upon ;;illotment of the above shares, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 30,66,87,380 consisting of 15,33,43,690 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each to Rs. 30,66,91,380 consisting of 15,:U,45,690 Equity Shares of Rs. '2./- each.
