We wish to inform you that, in respect of the Issue, the capital raising committee of the board of directors of the Company ("Capital Raising Committee") at its meeting held today, i.e., August 22, 2020 approved the allotment of 1,81,81,818 Equity Shares of face value of t 2 each to qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of t 605 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs.603 per Equity Share), aggregating to� 10,999,999,890 pursuant to the Issue.

The Issue opened on August 18, 2020 and closed on August 21, 2020 and the same was intimated to you through our letters dated August 18, 2020 and August 21, 2020.

Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stands increased to t 34,32,96,016 consisting of 17,16,48,008 Equity Shares.
