- Sub: Intimation of Schedule of Interaction with Analysts/Institutional Investors Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”)
This is with reference to our letter dated January 22, 2025, wherein we have informed that the Board Meeting of The Phoenix Mills Limited (‘Company’) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025, inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The results will be announced on Thursday, January 30, 2025, within the specified time after conclusion of the Board Meeting.
In Compliance with the Regulation 30(6) of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Company also proposes to host an Earnings conference call for investors and analysts on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 11:00 hrs IST to discuss the financial results and developments for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.
The Company will be represented by Mr. Shishir Shrivastava - Managing Director, Mr. Kailash B Gupta – Group Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Varun Parwal - Group President – Strategy, Audit & Head – Corporate Finance.
