As already informed to you vide our letter dated January 29, 2019, the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 07, 2019, inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018.
The results will be announced on Thursday, February 07, 2019, immediately after conclusion of the Board Meeting.
In Compliance with the Regulation 30(6) of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Company also proposes to host a conference call for investors and analysts on Friday, February 08, 2019 at 12:00 hrs IST to discuss quarterly financial results and developments for the period ended December 31, 2018.
