As already Informed to you vide our letter dated Oct 27, 2018, the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, Nov 05, 2018, inter alia to consider and take on record the Financial Results for the second quarter ended Sept 30, 2018.
The results will be announced on Monday, Nov 05, 2018, immediately after conclusion of the Board Meeting.
The Company also proposes to host a conference call for investors and analysts on Tuesday, Nov 06, 2018 at 12:00 hrs 1ST to discuss quarterly financial results and developments for the period ended Sept 30, 2018.
