Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI {Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations')

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors ('Board') of the Company, at its meeting held today on August 06, 2021, has appointed Mr. Varun Parwal, as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with immediate effect pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. He is currently Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

In his capacity, Mr. Varun Parwal shall be responsible for ensuring compliances with all applicable laws and regulations until a permanent Chief Financial Officer is appointed by the Board. The Company is in the process of recruiting a full time Chief Financial Officer.

The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are attached as Annexure A to this letter.
