(subsidiary) - Immediate ReportThe Company announce that on September 22, 2024, the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District Court issued a judgment approving the plaintiff's request to withdraw from the motion to certify a class action against the Company's subsidiary, The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. ("Phoenix Insurance").It should be noted that the motion to certify the class action was also filed against seven other insurance companies. The matter concerns the claim that policyholders whose vehicles require or necessitate lifting towing when the vehicle is disabled (which requires towing to a garage), and who purchased a service contract for towing services from the defendants, allegedly paid premiums to the defendants in vain, as the defendants provide only pull towing services and charge an additional separate fee for lifting towing, without disclosing this in the service contract (see details in the immediate report dated September 28, 2023 (reference number 2023-01-111189) and in Note 7a1(12) to the Company's financial statements as of June 30, 2024, published on August 22, 2024 (reference number 2024-01-086607)).This concludes the proceedings against Phoenix Insurance. false
