Director Dealing - Exercise of Share Options
EMIS Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 28 April 2020 the Company was notified that Peter Southby, Chief Financial Officer, had exercised an option over 2,880 Ordinary Shares of one pence each ("Ordinary Shares") granted at nil cost under the Company's Long Term Share Incentive Award and awarded on 21 April 2017 (which had been the subject of performance conditions).
The Company was also notified that Peter Southby subsequently sold 1,361 Ordinary Shares at a price of £10.20 per Ordinary Share to fund the tax liabilities associated with the exercise.
In addition, Peter Southby transferred the residual 1,519 Ordinary Shares for the above transaction to his spouse, Katherine Southby, for nil consideration.
Following this transaction Peter Southby has a total beneficial holding of 25,517 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
