Director/ PDMR Notifications pursuant to the Growth Share Scheme

The Mission Group plc ("MISSION", "the Company" or "the Group", AIM: TMG), the alternative group for ambitious brands, announces that pursuant to the Growth Share Scheme ("Scheme") details of which were announced on 19 January 2017, 22 February 2017 and 4 June 2019, the Board has received put notices ("Put Notices") to exchange, in aggregate, 5,434,162 A Shares into, in aggregate, 5,434,162 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") from, inter alia, the PDMRs listed below. Following the receipt of a Put Notice, the Company has 20 business days to issue the New Ordinary Shares and make application for those shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, there will be 90,729,727 Ordinary Shares in issue.  The interest of each PDMR following the satisfaction of their Put Notice will be as follows:
