EMIS Group plc announces that on 3 November 2016 the Company was notified of the following exercise of options and subsequent share disposals on 3 November 2016 by Chris Spencer, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Peter Southby, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), as set out in the table below:

All the Shares were acquired by JY Trustees on behalf of EMIS Group plc Share Option Plan pursuant to the PDMR disposals.

In addition, Peter Southby transferred the residual 1,045 Shares for each of the above transactions to his spouse, Katherine Southby, for nil consideration.

Following these transactions Chris Spencer has a total beneficial holding of 288,144 Shares representing 0.46% of the Company's issued share capital and Peter Southby has a total beneficial holding of 12,013 Shares representing 0.02%, of the Company's issued share capital.
