Purchase of Shares

EMIS Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 1 April 2016 the Company was notified that Nicola Boyd, wife of Kevin Boyd, Non-executive Director, had purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 1 April 2016 at a price of £10.20 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Kevin Boyd (including his family) has a total beneficial holding of 4,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.006% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
