EMIS Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 13 November 2015 that Capita IRG Trustees Limited, as Trustees of the EMIS Group Share Incentive Plan (SIP), had purchased on behalf of the Executive Directors listed below:

i)     on 30 October 2015, Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (dividend reinvestment) at a price of 1073.00 pence per share

ii)   on 13 November  2015, Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 1109.00 pence per share
