The board of directors of the public company "The Mall of Cyprus Mc Plc" (the "Company"), on the 27 September 2018, approved the unaudited interim condensed financial statements for the sixmonth period ended 30 June 2018 (the "Six-month report"). The board further resolved that no dividend shall be declared for the aforementioned period.
Copies of the unaudited interim condensed financial statements for the six month period ended 30 June 2018 can be obtained from the registered office of the Company at the Mall of Cyprus 3, Vergina str., Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus or by sending an email request at [email protected] without any charge. The six month report will be mailed to all the shareholders of the Company.
