The Board of Directors of the Public Company ITTL Trade & Tourist and Leisure Park in the meeting that took place on 19 August 2015 approved the Unaudited Interim Financial Statements of the Company for the six-month period ended on 30 June 2015, which are sent to the Cyprus Stock Exchange. The Board of Directors resolved that no interim dividend be paid for the said period.
Furthermore, the Board of Directors in the same meeting decided to call the Annual General Meeting of the Company for 2015.
Copies of the Unaudited Interim Financial Statements are available at the Company's Registered Office at the Mall of Cyprus, 3 Vergina, Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus and on the website http://www.ctcgroup.com/shacolas-emporium-park.html.
