ANNOUNCEMENT

On 4 September 2015 the Annual General Meeting of the public company ITTL Trade Tourist & Leisure Park Plc took place.

At the meeting it was decided that:

• 1. The audited accounts of the Company for the year ended on 31 December 2014 together with the reports of the directors and auditors thereon be approved.
• 1. The recommendation of the directors that no final dividend be declared for the aforementioned period be approved.
• 1. Messrs . PriceWaterhouseCoopers Limited be re-appointed as the auditors of the Company and that the directors of the Company be authorised to fix the remuneration of the auditors as they deem fit.
• 1. Mr. Takis Christodoulou, Mr, Nicolaas Hendrik Deist and Mr. Gideon Johannes Oosthuizen be re-appointed as the directors of the Company.
