The year 2025 was a year of continued progress and strategic refinement for The Mall of Cyprus (the "Mall"). With the Mall fully let, our focus centered on upgrading and refreshing the retail offer through a series of tenant renovations and the introduction of new concepts aimed at strengthening differentiation from the competition. These initiatives enhanced the customer experience and reinforced the Mall's position as the leading retail destination in Cyprus. By remaining committed to innovation, relevance and a compelling tenant mix, the Mall continued to deliver strong results and maintain its standing as the country's premier shopping destination.
