The public company The Mall of Cyprus (MC) Plc (the "Company") wishes to inform its shareholders, the investing public and any other interested party of the progress of the Company's business plan, which was presented in the Company's admission document dated 3 August 2010 (the "Business Plan").
Further to the update announcement made to the Cyprus Stock Exchange on 18 April 2019, the Company is pleased to further announce that construction of the "Mall") expansion project, which commenced on 1 September 2017, has now been finalized. Phase 1 of the construction works, which entails the opening of the new food court and new retail in first floor and the addition of two extra levels, a mezzanine and a first floor, to the existing basement and ground floor parking spaces, was completed on 12 April 2019 and construction works for phase 2 which entails the existing food court revamp was completed on 18 July 2019. Phase 3 of the project entails site handover to Marks & Spencer, which was completed on 9 September 2019.
