April 2019 announcement

The public company The Mall of Cyprus (MC) PLC (the "Company") wishes to inform its shareholders, the investing public and any other interested party that phase one of the Company's expansion project has now been finalised in line with the business plan and previous announcements. This entails the opening of the new food court and new retail on the ground floor and the addition of two extra levels, a mezzanine and a first floor, to the existing basement and ground floor parking spaces. A ceremony took place on Friday, 12 April 2019 in the presence inter alia of the president of the Republic of Cyprus and the finance minister.

The second phase, which entails the existing food court revamp, is expected to be completed by end of July 2019 with more stores and existing shops transferred in new venues.

The third phase, which entails the opening of a flagship Marks & Spencers is due to open in October 2019.
