The board of directors of the Company, having considered the financial status of the Company resolved to declare interim dividends in the aggregate amount of Euro 7,524,461 corresponding to EUR 0.07524461 per share (the "Interim Dividends"), proportionally to the holders of shares in the Company, as these shall appear in the records maintained by the CSE on 8 November 2023 (the "Record Date") (payable in (i) cash to minority shareholders of Euro 24,461 and (ii) Euro 7,500,000 remaining outstanding on loan account to Atterbury Cyprus Limited).
Payment of the Interim Dividends to the minority shareholders shall be affected on 13 November 2023.
It is noted that the shares of the Company will be negotiated in the CSE without the right to participate in the distribution of the dividends as from 7 November 2023 (the "Ex-Dividend Date").
