(the "Company")
The board of directors of the Company, having considered the financial status of the Company resolved on 2 March 2022 to declare interim dividends in the aggregate amount of EUR 3,400,000 corresponding to EUR 0.034 per share (the "Interim Dividends"), to the holders of shares in the Company, as these shall appear in the records maintained by the CSE on 14 March 2022 (the "Record Date").
Payment of the Interim Dividends shall be effected on 14 March 2022.
It is noted that the shares of the Company will be negotiated in the CSE without the right to participate in the distribution of the dividends as from 11 March 2022. (the "Ex-Dividend Date").
