The Board of Directors of the public Company "The Mall of Cyprus Mc Plc" (the "Company"), on the Q April 2019, approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018. The Board further resolved that no dividend shall be declared for the aforementioned period.
Copies of the full and complete text of the financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2018 can be obtained from the registered office of the Company at the Mall of Cyprus 3, Vergina str., Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus or by sending an email request at [email protected] without any charge.
