The public company The Mall of Cyprus (MC) Plc (the "Company") wishes to inform its shareholders, the investing public and any other interested party of the progress of the Company's business plan, which was presented in the Company's admission document dated 3 August 2010 (the "Business Plan").

The year 2024 presented its share of challenges, but it also underscored the Mall's strength. Before the end of the year, we achieved a fully let Mall—an accomplishment that speaks volumes about the strength of our tenant relationships and the strategic appeal of The Mall of Cyprus. This year's performance marks the highest since the Mall's opening, setting a new benchmark for success.
