Extension of book building period in contemplated offer for shares in The Kingfish Company N.V.

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 18 June 2021 regarding a contemplated offer to acquire up to 6,096,620 shares in The Kingfish Company N.V. (“Kingfish”). Capitalised terms herein shall be given the same meaning as in the aforementioned stock exchange notice.

The Buyer has decided to extend the book building period in accordance with the terms of the Offer. Following the extension, the book building period will expire 22 June 2021 at 17:00 CEST. The book building period can be closed earlier or extended at the Manager’s own discretion. Allocation will be made on or about 23 June 2021 and settlement will take place on or about 25 June 2021.

The Buyer reserves the right to terminate the Offer or make any amendments with regard to the volume and other terms of the Offer.
