Result of offer to acquire shares in The Kingfish Company N.V. and transaction by close associate of primary insider

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices on 18 June 2021 regarding the contemplated offer to acquire shares in The Kingfish Company N.V. (“Kingfish”) and on 22 June 2021 regarding the extension of the book building period.

Creadev International S.A.S. (“Creadev”), closely associated with Supervisory Board member in Kingfish, Alexandre van der Wees, has received acceptances for and will consummate the purchase of 1,026,998 shares in Kingfish at a price of NOK 26.00 per share. Following this transaction, Creadev will own 13,359,605 shares in Kingfish, representing approximately 19.72 per cent of the issued shares in the company.
