THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP S.P.A. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE PERIODIC FINANCIAL INFORMATION AS AT 31 MARCH 2025
Marina di Carrara, 14 th May 2025 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. informs that the Periodic Financial Information as at 31 st March 2025, approved by the Board of Directors on 12 May 2025, have been made available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" () and on the Company's website at https://investor.theitalianseagroup.com/en/ in the "Financial Documents" section.
