THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP S.P.A. 2025 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Carrara, Marina di Carrara, December 20, 2024 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. (the "Company"), global player in luxury yachting, discloses its Financial Calendar for 2025, in compliance with the provisions of laws and regulations (pursuant with Article 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation about the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.).

DATE	EVENT
Friday, March 14, 2025	• Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve (i) the draft financial statements as at 31 December 2024, and (ii) the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2024. (*)
Tuesday, April 22, 2025	• Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Financial Statements as at 31 December 2024.
Monday, May 12, 2025	• Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the consolidated quarterly financial report as at 31/03/2025 (*).
Friday, August 8, 2025	• Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the consolidated half-yearly financial report as at 30/06/2025. (*)
Wednesday, November 12, 2025	• Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the consolidated financial report as at 30/09/2025 (*)

(*): a conference call with the financial community is scheduled following the Board of Directors' meeting.
