NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE CONSOLIDATED HALF-YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF 30TH JUNE 2023

Marina di Carrara, 14th September 2023 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. informs that the Consolidated Half-Yearly Financial Report as of 30th June 2023, together with the Auditor's Review Report, have been made available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" () and on the Company's website at www.investor.theitalianseagroup.com in the "Financial Documents" section.
