Marina di Carrara, January 19th 2022. The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. (the "Company"), global operator in the luxury yachting industry, announces the financial calendar for FY 2022, compliant to the applicable laws and regulations.

At the end of the Board of Directors for the approval of the Annual Financial Statements, the Half-year Financial Report, and quarterly selected information the Company will hold Conference Calls with institutional investors and financial analysts. The Company will timely inform the market about any changes on the aforementioned dates.
