THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP WILL PRESENT THE FY 2021 CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MARCH 24TH 2022

The Management Conference Call will be held at 4.30 pm CET

Marina di Carrara, March 22nd 2022 – The management of The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or "the Company"), listed on Euronext Milan ("EXM"), will present the FY 2021 financial results to the financial community and the media on March 24th , at the end of the Board of Directors which will approve the 2021 Consolidated Financial Statements.

The Top Management will comment on the results during a Conference Call that will be held via Zoom at 4.30 pm CET at the following link:
