THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP S.P.A.: NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE CONSOLIDATED HALF-YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF JUNE 30TH 2022
Marina di Carrara, September 22nd , 2022. The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. informs that the Consolidated Half-Yearly Financial Report as of June 30th , 2022, together with the Auditor's review report, is available at the Company's registered office, on the authorised storage mechanism eMarketStorage () as well as on the Company's website (www.investor.theitalianseagroup.com) under "Financial Documents".
