THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP S.P.A. FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2023 CAPITAL MARKETS DAY ON 24 JANUARY 2023

Marina di Carrara, 23 December 2022. The Italian Sea Group (the "Company"), global operator in luxury yachting, discloses the Financial Calendar for Fiscal Year 2023, in compliance with the current laws and regulations (according to art. 2.6.2, comma 1, lett. b) of the Regulations of Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.).

DATE	EVENT
Tuesday 24 January 2023	• Board of Directors Meeting to approve preliminary results as at 31 December 2022;
	• Capital Markets Day – strategy update and economic and financial outlook.
Tuesday 21 March 2023	• Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the draft Financial Report as at 31 December 2022.
Thursday 27 April 2023	• Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Financial Report as at 31 December 2022.
Wednesday 10 May 2023	• Board of Directors Meeting to approve the selected information indicative of the business performance for the first quarter of 2023(*)(Revenues; EBITDA; Backlog; Net Financial Position) and the related press release including the quarterly information.
	(*) Information not subject to audit, not even limited.
Thursday 7 September 2023	• Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Half-Year Financial Report as at 30 June 2023.
Tuesday 7 November 2023	• Board of Directors Meeting to approve the selected information indicative of the business performance for the third quarter of 2023(*)(Revenues; EBITDA; Backlog; Net Financial Position) and the related press release including the quarterly information.

At the end of the Board of Directors for the approval of the Annual Financial Statements, the Half-year Financial Report, and quarterly selected information the Company will hold Conference Calls with institutional investors and financial analysts.

The Company will timely inform the market about any changes on the aforementioned dates.
