Financial Calendar for 2021
Marina di Carrara, July 12th 2021. The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ( the "Company"), global operator in the luxury yachting sector, discloses the financial calendar related to Fiscal Year 2021 pursuant to article 2.6.2 of the "Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.".

| September 15th | Board of Directors for the approval of Half-Year Financial Statements at June 30th, 2021. |
The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. will promptly communicate any changes to the previously stated date.
The Financial Calendar and the Press Release are available respectively in the sections Investor/Financial Calendar and Investor/Press Releases on the Company's website www.theitalianseagroup.com.
Please note that today the Company's Board of Directors has received the favourable opinion of the Control and Risk Committee, in its capacity as Transaction with Related Parties Committee, regarding the approval of the procedure for transactions with related parties which occurred on February 18th , 2021, as amended.
