ANNOUNCES THE ADMISSION OF THE COMPANY'S ORDINARY SHARES TO THE STAR SEGMENT OF EURONEXT MILAN
Marina di Carrara, Carrara, 30 July 2024 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company"), global player in luxury yachting listed on Euronext Milan ("EXM"), regulated market managed by Borsa Italiana, announces that on July 29, 2024 Borsa Italiana has granted to the Company's ordinary shares (ISIN IT0005439085) the STAR qualification, with proceeding no. 9008.
Traded on the Euronext Milan market managed by Borsa Italiana since 8 June 2021, TISG's ordinary shares will start trading on the STAR segment of Euronext Milan from 6 August 2024.
Giovanni Costantino, Founder & CEO of TISG, commented:
