Mandate for the analysis of Perini Navi documentation
Marina di Carrara, 29 June 2021. The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company"), global operator in the luxury yachting industry, announces that, following the call for bids published by the insolvency administrator Dr. Franco Della Santa and after having had access to the data room for the sale of the Perini Navi assets, it has mandated the company Deloitte ("Deloitte") to carry out certain in-depth analysis procedures on the documents made available.
TISG confirms its interest in Perini Navi only at sustainable values with a view to creating value for the Company and its shareholders.
