THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP: PUBLICATION OF ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING CONVENED ON 27 APRIL 2023

Marina di Carrara, 5 April 2023 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company") announces that, with reference to the Company's Annual General Meeting, convened in a single call on 27 April 2023, in compliance with the current law, today have been made available to the public, on the Company's website (www.investor.theitalianseagroup.com), as well as on the storage mechanism eMarketStorage (), the following documents:

  • The Annual Financial Report of The Italian Sea Group S.p.A., including the Draft Financial Statements at 31 December 2022, the consolidated financial statements, accompanied by the management report, as well as the statement pursuant to art. 154-bis, paragraph 5 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998, accompanied by the Report by the Auditing Firm and the Report by the Board of Statutory Auditors;
  • Consolildated non-financial statement for the 2022 Financial Year pursuant to Legislative Decree 254/2016, accompanied by the Report by the Auditing FIrm;
  • Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership structures;
  • Report on remuneration policy and compensation paid pursuant to art. 123-ter of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998;
  • Directors' Explanatory Report on Item no. 6 on the Agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.
