THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP: INTEGRATION TO THE REPORT ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND OWNERSHIP STRUCTURES
Marina di Carrara, April 21 st, 2022 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that, with reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company convened in a single call on April 29th , 2022, in compliance with the current regulation, it has made available to the public in the registered office, on the Company website (www.theitalianseagroup.com) as well as on the authorised storage mechanism eMarketStorage () the "Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures" – previously published on April 7th, 2022 – including an integration in Chapter 12.
