THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP S.P.A.: MARCO CARNIANI JOINS THE COMPANY'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Marina di Carrara, 3 March 2023 - The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company") announces that, following the tragic passing of Vice Chariman Giuseppe Taranto, the Board of Director has resolved in today's meeting to coopt, pursuant to art. 2386 of the Civil Code, Marco Carniani in the Company's Board of Directors, appointing him as Vice Chairman until the next Annual General Meeting, which will proceed to renew the Corporate Bodies.
Having spent nine years working at The Italian Sea Group, Marco Carniani is already the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
Throughout his career, Mr Carniani has developed a significant experience in the field of auditing and corporate finance, working for leading international advisory firms. In particular, from 2006 to 2009 he has worked as an Auditor and, subsequently, Senior Auditor for Deloitte and Touche S.p.A. Between 2009 and 2014 he worked as a Manager for BDO.
