('TISG' or the "Company") announces that today, in compliance with current regulations, the minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 22 April 2025 have been made available to the public at the registered office, on the Company's website (www.investor.theitalianseagroup.com section 'Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting'), as well as on the authorised eMarketStorage mechanism ().
Notice of the filing was published on 13 May 2025 in the daily newspaper Milano Finanza.
