NOTICE OF CALL OF THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING ON APRIL 29TH, 2024 AND PUBLICATION OF EXPLANATORY REPORTS
Marina di Carrara, March 29th, 2024 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company"), global operator in luxury yachting, announces that it made available to the public, at the Company's registered office in Marina di Carrara, Carrara (MS), Viale C. Colombo, 4-bis, and on its website https://investor.theitalianseagroup.com/en/, "Corporate Governance/Annual General Meeting" section:
- (i) The notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on April 29th, 2024;
- (ii) The explanatory reports by the Board of Directors on the proposal on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting;
- (iii) Information on share capital at the date of the notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting;
- (iv) The proxy forms pursuant to articles 135-undecies and 135-novies of Italian Legislative Decree n. 58/98.
The documents indicated by (i), (ii), and (iii) are also made available through the authorised storage mechanism EMarket Storage, at /en.
