THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP: FILING OF THE MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING HELD ON APRIL 29TH, 2024
Marina di Carrara, Carrara, May 24th, 2024 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company") announces that, in compliance with applicable regulation, the minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on April 29th, 2024 have been made available to the public today at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.investor.theitalianseagroup.com "Corporate Governance/AGM" section), as well as on the authorised storage mechanism eMarketStorage ().
Notice of the filing will be published on May 25th on newspaper MF.
